Delete Account

Lucky Bless Energy does not require a separate registration account directly with us. Users may sign in through Apple or Google.

Request deletion

To request deletion of app account data or personal app content associated with your Apple or Google sign-in, email support@luckyblessenergy.app with the subject line “Account Deletion Request”.

Please contact us from the email address associated with your Apple or Google sign-in, or include enough information for us to verify the request.

What may be deleted

• App account records associated with your sign-in identifier.
• Journal entries, reflection notes, ritual history, and other personal app content stored by the app, where applicable.
• Support records, unless retention is required for legal, security, or fraud-prevention reasons.

Subscriptions

Deleting app data does not automatically cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. You must cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID or Google Play subscription settings.

Processing time

We will respond to deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible and may ask for verification before processing.
