These Terms of Service govern your use of Lucky Bless Energy, including the app, website, and related services. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
Purpose of the service
Lucky Bless Energy is a private wellness and manifestation app for journaling, gratitude, affirmations, breathing, meditation music, vision focus, rituals, and personal reflection.
Not professional advice
The service is for general wellness and personal reflection only. It does not provide medical, mental health, financial, legal, or other professional advice. If you need professional help, please contact a qualified professional or emergency service.
Accounts and sign-in
Users may sign in through Apple or Google. You are responsible for maintaining access to your Apple or Google account and for activity associated with your app access.
User content
You retain ownership of the journal entries, affirmations, reflection notes, and other content you create in the app. You are responsible for the content you enter and for using the service lawfully.
Acceptable use
- Do not use the service for illegal, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
- Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, attack, or misuse the app or website.
- Do not upload or create content that violates others’ rights or applicable laws.
Subscriptions and purchases
Lucky Bless Energy may offer free features, paid subscriptions, lifetime access, or premium content. Purchases made in the iOS app are processed through Apple App Store and are subject to Apple’s payment terms. Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play terms.
Subscription pricing, duration, renewal, cancellation, and trial details are shown at the point of purchase in the app store purchase flow. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew unless canceled according to the app store’s rules. You can manage or cancel Apple subscriptions in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds
Refund requests for App Store purchases are handled by Apple according to Apple’s refund policies. Refund requests for Google Play purchases are handled by Google according to Google Play policies.
Apple standard terms
For iOS users, Apple’s standard End User License Agreement may apply where required by Apple, available at Apple Standard EULA.
Service changes
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the app develops. We may also update these terms from time to time.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lucky Bless Energy is provided “as is” and “as available.” We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.
